Major Faction – The Watcher
Introduces a new faction complete with all the bells and whistles you would expect.
At first this faction may seem overpowered, however;
It is a slow rolling snowball that requires careful management at higher difficulties.
Fully functioning with Penumbra DLC, although it is not required.
Supremacy DLC is required to access Behemoth Technology.
Added Runeless Localization as an option.
Copy the "english" folder located here:
INSTALLPATH- Steamsteamappsworkshopcontent3921101493351143RUNELESS
And Paste it in here, replacing the existing file when prompted:

– "Introduction" Voiceline is based on most recent DLC installed.
– Questline spawns a second "Tabernacle" System when against a Vodyani opponent
