Vodyani Rework
This mod focuses on removing the Food mechanic from the Vodyani, and significantly rebalancing their relationship with Dust, Essence and Manpower, changing many of their Empire Development techs in the process.
A Reupload of Vodyani Rework as the original has been taken down by Aitarus.
