Now, you need to use the Concrete Plant to transform the Waste Rocks into Concrete. You can improve the production of waste rocks with the Waste Rock Extractor.

Production (per day) : 12 Waste Rocks – 2 Concretes
Consumption : 8 Electricity
New building : Concrete Plant
Type : Production (Concrete), Outside building
Tech required : Liquefaction
Workers : 4 (Geologists)
Upgrades : 3
Production (per day) : 8
Consumption : 15 Electricity
