Persian Ethnic Reskin
This simple mod gives the Persian civilization the Middle Eastern ethnicity and unit graphics, along with similar city graphics to the Sumerians. Although I understand that modern ethnic Persians are relatively fair-skinned (by Middle Eastern standards) and speak an Indo-European language, I still felt that their units should have Middle Eastern attire if nothing else. Also, the Sumerian-like city graphics was something I did for a Steam friend of mine.
(By the way, I am unsure of the ethnicity of the ancient archer featured in this mod’s "avatar". I originally thought he was one of the Elamites, another ethnic group who lived in Iran before Indo-European people moved into the region, but some sources identify him as simply a Persian archer. Regardless, he is from the Achaemenid period of Persian history.)
