This mod is supposed to work with any Overhaul mod, wether GoT or Elder Kings

Destroy and Convert Settlement is a small mod that allows you, under some conditions, to destroy or convert to another type your Holdings.

Destroy Holding is available for Tribal rulers who also directly owns Feudal-type holdings like Castles, Cities or Temples. It allows them to destroy these (and thus allow to improve both the taxes and levies of the Tribal Holding due to free settlements) at the cost of long time unrest (due to population displacement). It can be however be particularly advantageous to destroy Temples in heathen provinces, as it will improve the Religious Authority of your own religion at the cost of the original one.

Convert Settlement is available for all non-Tribal/Nomadic rulers. It allows you to convert the capital Holding of any province you directly own in exchange for a large sum of money. The only limits are that the province must already have the 3 different types of Holdings present, in accordance to the Holding building rule (no 7 Cities in Rome!), and that it is one of those 3 types (Tribal Holdings convert the same way as before). Be careful however not to convert too quickly, as Burghers, Priests and Nobles won’t like you transforming their respective Holding types in favor of another. It is particularly true for Temples, as converting one or converting to one will affect both the Moral Authority of your religion and the opinion your Religion Head (if you have one) has of you.
