Description:

Adds more options for starting home planet.

Toxic (Swamp), Desert, and Arctic added.

Tundra and Mediterranean reduced in cost to match Arid and Snow.

Created as a personal alternative to "Home Planets Unlocked" – https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1214412020

Intended to be slightly more limited and balanced for Continuum Sculptors + Biophobic, and to a lesser extent Honor Bound.
