Maintenance Update

Removed the mod’s reliance on province groups to make it more compatible with other mods. There should be no real noticable change to the mod.

A mod for altering the game, creating impossible scenarios through various decisions and events. Helps to save time by applying effects to all provinces. Fun for making weird situations and watching it all go down in observer mode.

Includes:
– Creating countries from the start without needing any requirements.
– Removing autonomy/separatism from all owned provinces.
– Converting/coring/culturising all owned provinces.
– Taking control of religious/cultural groups and regions.
– Spawning armies and fleets.
– Changing governments and religions.
– Increasing development to all owned provinces.
– Some HRE effects.
– Applying institutions to all provinces.
– Making various countries be able to colonise early.
– Diplomatic options, allying all nations, getting permanent claims.
– Reforming religion or government for primitive nations early.

HOW TO USE/INSTALL
Remember to have the mod enabled under mods in the Europa Universalis IV launcher, and then the menus are accessible under Decisions and Policies, National Decisions.
