Chaos Overhaul | Capitals 8 building Slots
I made this overhaul with the help of Dresden’s mod: conquer anywhere chaos edition

Because of Dresden’s mod all non-beastmen factions including chaos, are able to conquer any region on the map regardless of culture type.
So I added economy buildings and resource buildings to make the faction less like a horde faction also ports can now be upgraded. There is also now a defence tab with a defence building. But I did keep and changed the growth cost for the upgrade’s for buildings to make it play a little different.
The resources you get are tradable so you would get more gold/money for a trade agreement, just like any other faction.
There is also a lower aversion penalty so trading and other diplomacy options are posible. I also made diplomacy posible with all factions except wood elf, you have all the options just like any other faction.
I also added the option in diplomacy to make trade agreements and I also made the capitals 8 building slots, I only added the part that beastmen and chaos have capitals with 8 building slots. So using "8 Building Slots – All Province Capitals" ( https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=815384783 ) is recommended. I also removed beastial rage.
I did try to make it balanced, I’m not a rocket scientist so it could be overpowerd or underpowerd. I’m always open for idea’s or balancing changes to make it better.
