The Victoria 3 release made me remember that this game exists maintenance update
Updated to newest version.
– Points menu options updated
– Changing cultures of pops and characters fixed
– Change government fixed
– Spawning new legions and navies fixed
– Taking over regions fixed
– Maybe other things the work on this update was spread out over a year so I can’t remember all the updates.
With a new update options will break, please report any options that don’t work or don’t work properly and I will get to them when I can. No guarantees on when updates will come.

-Loyalty Fixed, there is an extra option to remove the added opinion.
-Meroitic culture added to cultures list to change to.

Menu Layout Changes:
Country Options, Character Options and Random Options have been split up into two menus to reduce their sizes.
Random Options menu lags when loading up the options so the two laggy options have been moved to a separate menu called:
Options that lag the menu so they got moved to another menu (Menu)
Updated Options:
(Character Options) Change Character Traits (Menu)
-The traits have been organised into Health, Military, Personality and Status as organised by the developer
-A new menu has been added to easily remove traits all the traits the character has will appear in this menu
New Options:
Create Character with 100 Attributes and Max Statesmanship
(Country Options) Change Heritage (Menu)
(Diplomatic Options) Overlord Releases You (If Subject)
Control all enemy cities (At War)
-When you are at war with someone this option makes all their cities captured and should give 100 max warscore
(Military Options)(All Provinces) Remove fort (or one level if its multi level)
-Good for when using the taking control cheats to remove all the forts
(Random Options) Largest Country Civil War (Unreliable)
-The civil war usually ends very quickly

I’m open to suggestions for more options, (I haven’t played that much yet so I have no idea what is important or annoying) but there are no guarantees that they are possible, or that I will work on them.

This is the beginning of an Imperator Rome version of my previous Catus Cheats mod for EU4.
There are currently much fewer options than EU4 but I will be working on it incrementally. I am still new to playing Imperator Rome and modding for it so updates and options will be slow.
Includes:
– Adding treasury and power.
– Changing leader stats.
– Increasing civilisation on all cities.
– Taking control of religious/cultural group and region groups.
– Good traits for your characters.
– Taking over your enemies armies or removing them.
– Spawning armies.

HOW TO USE/INSTALL
Remember to have the mod enabled under mods in the Imperator Rome launcher, and then the menus are accessible under Decisions.
After clicking [Turn Cheat Options On] close and open the Decisions menu to make the options appear.
Sometimes clicking the option on the decisions panel will not activate the menu.
You will have to exit to menu to get it to work again.
