Well, no longer!
This mod increases the speed at which roads are constructed eightfold by reducing the speed penalty of legions marching with the roadbuilding stance from .90% to .20% (changing your effective speed from .1 to.8)
"But why not drop the penalty entirely?"
Because I am not a barbarian who’d entertain the idea of armies marching at the same speed while building roads. They should take their time.
Either way, with this mod you can finally connect up your empire within a timeframe that is shorter than its entire history from its conception to its downfall.
