RPG Overhaul Specialization Officer
Adds a new specialization to the XCOM RPG Overhaul based on the ADVENT Officer. The Officer is an excellent marksman who boosts the tactical effectiveness of the whole squad, the Officer is also proficient in using Overwatch.
Note that you do not need to have my original ADVENT Officer mod to use this one. You should disable the original mod when using this one.

Target Overwatch: A unique form of overwatch that activates against a specific target.
Leadership: Spend an action to give all units +10 mobility for one turn
Advanced Leadership: Leadership provides +50 dodge and cures all units of battle madness
Trained Reactions: Reaction Fire has a bonus +15 aim.
Disposable Army: Summon ADVENT Trooper for rest of mission
Battalion: Disposable Army has two charges per mission
Reinforced Army: Improves stats of ADVENT Trooper Reinforcements
