Description:

Adds a dedicated vest slot to all soldiers.

By default all soldiers get the vest slot.

You (or mods) can lock the vest slot behind abilities in the XComVestSlot.ini.

This mod is incompatible with Tons of Utility Items because that mod overrides the armory UI and undo the Highlander’s changes that support custom slots
