Civilization + Leader ‘Aoi Kotonoha’. VOICEROID civilization.

I corresponded to "Gathering Storm".
DLC is required for this MOD.

It boasts high domestic power and can aim for religious, cultural, scientific and diplomatic victory even though it is reluctant to war. Attention to arms and diplomacy for national defense.

Because it is a powerful MOD, it may be good to use it with other VOICEROID civilization to balance and play.

The picture of the leader is "Mr. Tashikana Manzoku" ‘s work.
MOD producer works as "bizark22" with Twitter, Nico Nico video etc.

ver.21 It corresponded to "Gathering Storm". It became difficult to fight war. It became easier to gather diplomatic support. ver.21 「Gathering Storm」に対応させました。戦争がやりづらくなりました。外交的支持を集めやすくなりました。核融合発電所は政府複合施設に、たった一つだけ作れるようになり、外交勝利に必要なポイントが+2されるようになりました。にじいろキャンパスを氾濫原にも設置できるようにしました。英語の都市名バグを直しました。にじいろキャンパスを少し弱体化させました。BGMを追加しました。
