Flagellant patch for the All-Class Riposte Mod. Or you could just use this by itself, which will also work.

***Enabling this mod in the main menu while NOT owning the Crimson Court DLC will likely cause you to crash and corrupt your save file! Make sure you ONLY subscribe to this mod if you’ve purchased the CC DLC, since the Flagellant is a part of it!

And, it doesn’t hurt to make a backup of your save file. You can find that under C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/userdata/(unique set of numbers)/262060. Copy and paste the "remote" folder and "remotecache.vdf" file somewhere safe, incase you run into problems later on.
