Let Voices be heard!
HEAR YEE HEAR YEE! LET OUR VOICES BE HEARD! This mod is focuses on changing any type of voice ability to effect all of the side it is targeting. Now updated for Crimson Court.
This mod will affects both heroes and monsters voice and sound based attacks, making them party wide.
Please post in the comments of any skills I forgot and I shall add them, Or any imbalances.
I am working on a 3.0 that adds in quirks and changes the skill types to "sound" type from "melee" or "range".

Heros
-Crusader
–Inspiring Cry
—Now Heal’s a heros stress for 4, 5, 6, 7, 8
—Now "Echos" to the party for a stressheal of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6
–Jester
—Inspiring Tune
—-Now Heal’s a heros stress for 4, 5, 6, 7, 8
—-Now "Echos" to the party for a stressheal of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6
-Houndmaster
–Whistle
—Whistle now Echo’s a weaker debuff to the enemies.
-Man at Arms
–Bellow
—Bellow Changed to Follow the echo format. A stronger Single target hit followed by weaker party debuff. The total amount debuffed is the same.
I.E. Bellow normally hit 4 enemies for a total debuff of -20 dodge. It now hits one for -11dodge, and the remaining 3 for -3dodge for -20 dodge total.
–Command
—Command Changed to Follow the echo format. A strong stinge target hit followed by a weaker party debuff. the total amount debuffed is the same.
I.E Command normally buffs the party for 40 ACC total. It now buffs one for 16 and the rest for 8, for a total of 40 acc to the party.
—Command’s tooltip is bugged. It says buff Enemy party instead of Echo. Working on a fix for that.
-Hellion
–Yawp
—Yawp changed to follow the echo format. A party wide super strong stun was a bit OP. The Echo targets have a less chance to stun. Sorry for the slight nerf.
Enemies
-The Shrieker
–Caw
—Now follows the Echo format.
-SYCOPHANT
–Madding Whine
—now follows the echo format.
–Deafening Whine
—Now follows the echo format.
—[NYI] Has a chance to give a hero a new Disease: Partially Deaf.
Partially Deaf makes the hero immune to Echo effects, friendly or enemy.
You can still get the initial "burst" of an effect still.

—Now follows the echo format with an Echo that causes weak stress instead of controlling your party.
I’m not that into masochism to make her control your whole party.
