Maintenance: 1 Electronics
Requires 50 Power
Generates 500 base research

Upgrade 1: +100% (adds 500) research production
Upgrade 2: +100% (adds 500) research production, +100% power requirement (adds +50)

Designed to give you an out of dome research option that fits the pace of the game.
