This mod simply tweaks the Houndmaster’s "Guard Dog", "Cry Havoc", and "Whistle" skills, rebalancing them for better sensibility and enjoyment!

My first tweak was to make the "Guard Dog" skill a free action! This allows you to take, much like the vanilla MAA, other actions in between guarding actions… In fact, this guard is now superior to the vanilla MAA’s one, since you’re no longer wasting an action to activate it.

And to keep this skill from being too OP, the DODGE buff has been halved. So now in exchange for being able to guard an ally every turn, you’re more likely to get hit while guarding.

If you think about it, it makes sense. The Houndmaster is essentially two heroes in one! The Hound hero, being sentient, ought to be guarding an ally by default (i.e. without need of prompting by its human master).

My second tweak was to make the "Cry Havoc" stress heal skill 100% guaranteed! This removes the annoyance of tne RNG, making for a much more pleasant game.

My third tweak was to make the "Whistle" Mark skill debuff enemy DODGE, instead of PROT! It also breaks enemy stealth and can’t be dodged!

To me, this makes a lot more sense… I can easily envision a scene where the Houndmaster spots a lurking enemy and then whistles to his comrades, alerting them and catcning the enemy off-guard.

The reason as to why it would be be undodgeable is because there’s NOTHING to dodge. It’s all sonar!
