No Bloat Tactician (DE)
This mod removes the bloat introduced in Tactician Mode.
Tactician Mode increases the AI of enemies, making them slightly smarter, but also increases their:
Armor (both Magic and Physical) by 50%+10% per level scaling
Vitality by 50%
Damage by 50%
Accuracy by 10%
This mod leaves the AI intact and removes all added bloat except for a small +15% Vitality boost to keep the challenge just slightly above Normal Difficulty.
