Holy European Empire
With this mod, Holy Roman Empire is converted into Holy European Empire. If a country is both located in Europe and is Christian, it is in this empire.
– This empire starts from Scandinavia and ends in Caucassia. (Ottomans are not included as they are not Christian.)
– There are more than 80 princes in this empire. Their borders are based on their cultures. For instance, while France only owns French provinces, Wurzburg owns all Franconian provinces.
– The first emperor is Charles VII of France. The emperor does not have to be Catholic, he can also be Orthodox or Protestant.
– Historical rivalries and friendships are disabled.
– AI will leave the empire if their development increases too much.(Except for the emperor)
The Prince-electors are:
England, Poland, France, Austria, Castile, Naples, Muscovy.
The free cities are:
Savoy, The Knights, Zakarpathia, Crete, Cyprus, Theodoro, Mann and Gotland.
