Zoroastrian Resurgance Debuff
Debuffed version of the original mod due to requests. Starting positions remained as per original mod. No more Doom Stacks. No more additional starting bonuses. No more 8 holding provinces. No culture bonuses. Only Karen the Saoshyant gets a small prestige and piety bonus since he’s a big shot. Zoroastrian invasion cb now costs 1000 piety.
