Hunker Down Flanking Fix WOTC
There is a bug in game where flanking a Hunker Downed unit still provides that unit the Defense bonus. This fixes it, it gives you a bonus equal to that Defense bonus to hit if you are flanking the unit.
Any ability that uses StandardAim and StandardMelee benefits from the fix. If I missed a special case where an ability uses another Calc method hit me up in the comments.
This is a long overdue issue I wanted to fix.
Please report instances where the bonus is not applied or is applied incorrectly. Summary testing shows no issues.
-= THE DODGE BONUS =-
I elected to leave the bonus dodge in from Hunkering, since you are actively trying to defend yourself. It’s also a lot of work to negate a dodge value from the other side.
If you have a mod that reduces Dodge if panicked such as my Status Effect Penalties Mod [https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1137905049], the bonus from Hunkering will be cancelled correctly if the unit is panicked like the image (the default value from the other mod is -30, so the total bonus from Hunkering while Panicked would be +20 to Dodge here).

All units in game (and i mean all of them) get a silent, permanent ability that checks for Hunker status and Flanking status. If both are true, the bonus is applied to the shot. The ability is similar to HuntersInstinct for the ranger.
