Cerebulon’s Defense Mission Pack (GSM)
This mission pack requires GSM Fields of Honor XII Stoichev Version!
>>>>Get it here!<<<<
No GSM content is included with this download, and the missions may crash, not function correctly, or have graphical glitches without it. Make sure you follow the instructions on that page for correct installation.
If you had previously installed GSM Fields of Honor XI, please deactivate it and use the latest version to use this mod.
If you have problems with GSM specifically please reference their own page as I am not involved in development of that mod.
GSM is no longer available on the Steam workshop as the creator has retired from updating it. The latest ModDB download is marked as ‘out of date’ but should be compatible with this mission pack.
Note that having SirHinkel’s GSM mission pack enabled at the same time may cause texture issues with certain units, as his mod adds/replaces some units.

This pack includes 9 defense missions spanning the course of WW2:
Mokra (Poland vs Germany, September 1939, Poland)
Bir Hakeim (France vs Germany/Italy, June 1942, Libya)
Stalingrad (USSR vs Germany, October 1942, Stalingrad)
Troina (Italy vs USA/France, August 1943, Sicily)
Betio (Japan vs USA, November 1943, Tarawa)
Paulis (Romania vs Hungary, September 1944, Arad)
Noville (USA vs Germany, December 1944, Bastogne)
Konigsberg (Germany vs USSR, April 1945, East Prussia)
Hamburg (Germany vs United Kingdom, April 1945, Hamburg)
More MAY be added in time.
The missions are a variety of battlefields, both urban and rural. Effort has been made to make each battle historically accurate to a degree, both in terms of equipment used and specific locations represented. Some changes have been made for the sake of balance and challenge but should still be largely accurate for period and theatre.
———————————————————————————————-
The missions appear on the singleplayer menu under a new "Cerebulon’s Defense Missions" option at the bottom of the list. You may have to scroll to reach it.
In multiplayer the missions will appear at the bottom of the cooperative list.
All missions are playable with any number of players from 1 to 8.
Difficulty determines presence or frequency of certain enemy units, as well as available resupply points and rate of point gain. Overall difficulty varies per mission, but Easy difficulty is typically simple while Heroic is very difficult.
The planes on Betio are fully flyable (Press space while moving forwards to take off). Make sure you select either "One front" or "Two fronts" on betio to start the mission counters.
Please resist the urge to line the entire map edge-to-edge with tank traps, or all of the bridges on Konigsberg. You will confuse/break the AI pathing and that’s no fun!

Have fun!
