[CUSTOM] Cyberspace Patch
This patch changes the primary region of ‘barren’ planets to ‘cyberspace’ biome type
So if you want to try it out, go fly to a ‘barren’ planet
You may need to fly far from your original position, so that the new planet generation can take place.
Or reset your universe
Only use either [ORIGINAL] or [CUSTOM], not both
and don’t use either of these with the standalone Polygon Blocks Patch
UPDATE:
Integrated my Polygon Blocks Patch so you can now:
– Pick up the Polygon Panels from the Cyberspace Planets
– Craft Polygon Panel and Polygon Platform at the T2 Industrial Workbench
(After picking up a Polygon Panel Block from Cyberspace Planets)
UPDATE 2:
– Added custom Cyberspace planet sprites that changes the look of the Barren planets to give them a more Cyberspace feeling
If you Uninstall the mod you have to reset your universe for the barren planets to turn back to normal
There are 3 main background/parallax types available!
Changes made to [CUSTOM] from [ORIGINAL]:
– No Cosmic Intruders
– Removed the strange scanline effect, as although it is cool, it looks wack and makes building hard
– Made the background fullbright (because having the background neon lit up is pretty cool)
– Blackened sky, to blend better with the background
– Slightly altered day/night light colours
– Custom music tracks (All of the new tracks + some unused ones):
Day = the-peacekeepers, housecleaning, clubdecks2
Night = dead-or-alive, swansong, scorian-flow
If you want more Cyberspace, try the [ORIGINAL] Cyberspace Biome + Polygon Blocks Patch
If you want this as a separate Planet and with Terraformer, try the virtua planets mod by gen/yukai
