The Nomad Wagon is expanding and adding a small Pet Store! The Nomad, who loves all creatures, sadly, can’t continue to take care of all these poor animals that townsfolk abandon or who just happen to wander into the Hamlet. So, with limited space available, the Nomad has set-up a new space dedicated to matching Pets with new owners! She also provides Pet Supplies. However, it costs a small fortune to operate the Pet Store, with so many supplies, veterinarian fees, and the cost of sacrificing animals needed to feed the Pets! So adoption costs are VERY high! But remember, it’s all for a good cause! (And anyway, who can put a price on the love these animals will give you, year after year?) Selection is VERY limited! Pets change weekly!

Gold ONLY — No Credit! Don’t ask for credit! Don’t mind the smell!

Pets (Trinket + Monster Mod) is required. Place Pet Store (Patch) ABOVE Pets (Trinkets + Monster Mod). Want to learn more about how Pets work? Visit the Pets home page (click image)!
Color of Madness (COM) is required make the new store work

The Pet Store (Patch) adds a new tab to the Nomad Wagon that presents a small selection of Pets and Pets Supplies for sale. The store will open after you finish the first Pet Catcher Quest. The store, although VERY expensive, allows you another chance to find the matching Pet for your favorite classes. The available slots expand slowly, but it’s VERY LIMITED. Nomad slots upgrade progression for Pet Store is 1/1/2/2/3.

Can I add Pet Store Patch to a current save with Pets and COM?: Yes, you can add to a current save, however, if you have already defeated the first Pet Catcher Quest then EVENTUALLY the corresponding Town Event will also trigger, opening the store. But, it’s not possible to tell you WHEN exactly this will happen, but it worked in tests.

Will upgrading the Wagon apply Pet discounts: Yes, but Pets are still very expensive.

Pet Store (Patch) is compatible with O’Nightmare’s Better Nomad Wagon (either standard, Crimson Court or ugpraded versions). This is the order that worked in tests: Pet Store (top) Pets Mod (Middle) Better Nomad Wagon (bottom).

*On each game load, the Pets Store tab is missing!
Solution: The Pet Store will return AFTER the next mission. This is merely a side effect of getting this to work in the code.

*It’s theoretically possible to get a second copy of unique pet.
Solution: Count yourself lucky!
