Features:
All terrains have been given varying assimilation penalties, So now the Egyptian Sahara won’t start speaking Greek
Cities and Metropolises have been given an assimilation bonus (Though they don’t exceed the penalty in most cases)
Wrong culture group happiness penalty has been decreased by 10%, To make conquered cultures more manageable.
