Martial Arts Not Everywhere (One Fifth)

Description:

Weapon wielding enemies aren’t skilled Martial Artists anymore.
In multiple boss enhancing mods, cutting someone’s arm often leads to him becoming a better fighter : switching from his weapon to his deadly arms and feet.
Not anymore.

Training Weapon skills takes time, the same goes for Martial Arts (and even more time in Kenshi).
So assuming each NPC trained both skills to the same level, just because they can use a sword, doesn’t seem logical to me.

Enemies carrying weapons have had their Martial Arts skill divided by 5.
This way, they won’t switch from doing 70 weapon damage with their limbs intact, to 150 fist / foot damage when they get an arm cut off.

Example : a High Paladin’s "unarmed stats" went from 95 to 19.
(His weapon skills remain untouched)

Finally enjoy cutting people’s limbs, without them turning into Bruce Lee’s doppelgangers.
