Adds the Adrestian Empire led by Emperor Edelgard von Hresvelg from Fire Emblem: Three Houses.
Traits:
Heart of Fódlan: +1 Extra Economic Slot in any government.
Spoils of War: +50% Experience for all units. When killing a unit, you receive Gold equal to it’s Combat Strength.
Building:
Imperial Watchtower: +1 Combat Strength Vs Barbarians for each Imperial Watchtower built.

DISCLAIMER:
I am an amateur modder that was designing this more for scenario/RP purposes rather than gameplay, and so while everything seems to work okay for me I can’t guarantee that there isn’t anything broken. The tutorial I was following was also designed around vanilla, so I assume that this will not be compatible with Rise and Fall/Gathering Storm. The trait/building are also unchanged from the tutorial as I don’t have enough experience to properly design one on my own.
