Remove Racial Civil Point
Removes the racial civil ability point from all races.
We created Remove Racial Civil Point to remove the feeling of a race being shoehorned into a particular role.
For example The Red Prince or Lizards in general have a point in Persuasion which makes the player feel they should be on the front line doing all the talking.
Remove Racial Civil Point removes the racial civil point from all races, and gives them an extra civil point.
Undead don’t have a racial civil point, but have been given an extra civil point to spend anyway just to be fair.
Remove Racial Civil Point doesn’t work with custom classes or races, please bear this in mind during character creation.
This mod is low priority and should be able to sit at or near the bottom of your mod load order.
