Adjustable Battle Speed

Updated for "Total War: WARHAMMER II – The Hammers & Herdstones".

This mod features UI elements to adjust the game speed in singleplayer and multiplayer custom battles, campaign battles and replays.
The adjustment range is between 0.1x and whatever your pc is capable of. Obviously a battle between only a few units is way less taxing and allows for higher game speed than a huge battle with multiple armies. Entering a game speed your pc can’t cope with might cause the game to actually slow down and/or your framerates to completely tank. So don’t overdo it!

• Since the game ticks every 100ms a game-speed below 0.1x causes the game to stop working and therefore if the player enters a game speed of less than 0.1x the mod automatically changes it to 0.1x.
• In replays a game speed of 0.1x isn’t possible and causes the replay to pause. Minimum speed in replays is around 0.172 (don’t ask me why). Replays also don’t allow for higher game speed than 3x.

The mods ui is usually created upon clicking on the start battle button.
In replays and battle types where there is no start button, e.g. ambush battles, you have to click on one of the speed control buttons ("pause", "slow-mo", "play" etc.).
If you use the toggle-ui function in battle/replay you’d also have to click on one of the speed control buttons for the adjustable battle speed ui to reappear.

The only mods I am aware of that are not compatible are Deco’s "Spectator Mode II" and "AI General II: Spectator Mode Advanced". – Got resolved thanks to Deco!
