Options for Monarchies
When you play the game, chances are you are playing as a monarchy. In order to make the experience more interesting, many more possible government reforms have been added, at least 3 for each tier, but often more. The existing reforms have also sometimes been changed with the intention of making them more balanced.
Also you might want Dharma to play this mod. I don’t know, just a suggestion.
