Compact Production Panel
Reduces the size of objects in the city build panel in order to make the panel more compact.
Removes the four control buttons on top of the scroll panel in order to fit more objects onto the screen.
Moves the city projects up over the units so that they are not so hidden away at the bottom.
Makes the four production category buttons blue instead of white, so that they fit better with the rest of the panel.
Changes the name of a few city projects, mainly to make them fit well on the more compact buttons.
