Enemies standing next to the objective will react to XCOM targeting it (e.g. from squadsight). Pod activations can be capped.
By default affects destructible objectives on these missions:
– Destroy the Alien Relay
– Destroy Transmitter
– Avenger Defense
– Chosen Assault (both the turrets and the generator)
