Description:

Amazon Cold one rider

– have low armor & no shield, instead they are much faster and higher charge bonus than usual cold one rider
– regeneration trait so it can be sustaining if you use wisely
– Order factions in Lustria(Hight elf, Dwarf, Huntsmartial, Lizardman) can recruit after building landmark at tlaxtlan
– skill & tech upgrade with silver helm(High elf), Demigryph knight(Empire), Slayer(Dwarf), Cold one rider(Lizardman)

Troubleshooting(?)
1. In lore landmark(Fountain of youth) should be in Temple of Kara. But that place doesn’t have slot template. So I put
it to its province capital
