[WOTC] Cerberus Trooper: Replace Advent Trooper

The Cerberus Trooper replaces the traditional Advent Trooper

• The Cerberus Trooper functions identically to its Advent Trooper counterpart
• The model of the advent trooper is replaced, and all related items are renamed.
• In this way, the mod should keep all expected game play consistent.

This will seamlessly integrate into a current or new campaign. Additionally, the necessary Cerberus mods are built into the required mod.
