Description:

I didn’t think a house should be worth as much as 200 sandwiches, so I changed it.

I tweaked a lot of values and hope to tweak more things.

First, I changed the buy prices of houses in towns. They are now worth 8 times more in the towns of major factions (United Cities, Holy Nation, Shek Kingdom, Western Hive, Mechanists/ Tech Hunters). In less major towns they are worth only 7 times more. This is because a huge house in a safe town should not be worth the same as 200 sandwiches. Ask anyone with a mortgage.

Some other things have tweaked prices such as medical supplies, reasearch artifacts, and building supplies costing more. Copper ore also sells for less now because it seemed like it gave too much money early on. Items sold to fences are now only sold for 25% of their normal value instead of 50%.

Hopefully in the future I will make the cost of recruiting people much higher.

This mod should make the beginning of the game much more of a challenge and better reflect realistic costs of goods.
