To keep it short, this is an expanded skill tree mod that adds in extra skill nodes to all general skill trees, especially those from Wu Kingdaissance. Focused on fun new play styles, depths in customizing your heroes and flashiness with fantasy-like effects akin to Warhammer’s spells.

Long version:

This is an alternate version of Havie’s Improved skill trees for compatibility with the great mod Wu_Kingdaissance. This mod has about ~400 more skills and abilities than Havie’s original ones. The visions for the two mods have diverged to become two entirely different beasts.

Havie’s original skill mod tried to retain a "vanilla" feel, while this mod is basically an overhaul to make heroes’ abilities more fun and flashy, with more interesting mechanics (area bombardments, buff/debuff that affect allies and enemies, skills that begins as debuff but turns into buff with the right conditions, abilities that can "cleanse" and remove status effects like berserk, etc.)

It’s also not a "turn every hero is a one man army" type of mod, as skills and abilities were designed and constantly refined to be somewhat balanced. As this is a Work in Progress, abilities will be rebalanced and adjusted as I see fit

The mod also utilizes the abilities from Dynasty mode. Now skills like Seismic Slam, Sweeping Arc, Blood Rush, etc. are incorporated into the generals’ skill tree in an organic manner. Making the act of controlling your generals in battle a lot more fun and involved

Every general has expanded skill tree, consisting of all new skills from Havie Improved Skill trees as well as original ones made by myself

Over 400 new abilities, many are shared and many more are unique to certain characters. These range from the simple rally buff, silence debuff to the more extraordinary Warhammer 2’s spell casting with explosions, shockwaves and magical arrow rains. These skills add in new ways to build your generals and armies as well as give the heroes in this game a lot more personalities and unique play styles.

All admin passive buffs skills now have 2 levels to them. By investing another skill point on the same node, you can gain even more bonus for that specific skill. This provides more interesting depths when deciding which skill to take when leveling up, as you can really specialize your heroes into a specific role

Generic have 12 variants of their skill trees per class (YTR has 4 variants per class).
So that is 72 possible different generic skill trees ((6 Han + 6 Bandits ) x 5 + 12 YTR trees) that you can come across among the generic heroes. If you are playing with Wu Kingdaissance, the concubine classes have an additional 15 variants total on the skill trees, offering even more variety and choices.

This means that every generic that you picked up in the pool will no longer have the same skill tree but just different starting point, now that "Bandit" champion might be built and play differently from his "Farmer" twin.

Generics are now "like a box of chocolate, you’ll never know what you’re gonna get!"

Max Level is now 20, Wuxing attributes maxed out at 300
After level 7, your characters will gain 2 skill point at every other level.

A: Partially, the mod can be played with Radious but game balance will be way off. Do so at your own risk.

Q: With the new skills, certain characters are really overpowered….
A: I do try my best to keep them from being too strong but I’m only one guy, so please report any builds that you find can break the game’s balance.
