THV Maximum Occupancy
Tell your colonists to be a little more social!
Bumps the maximum occupancy for Diners to 18. Should be compatible with running saves (was for me). Both to combat diner-spam in the new post-tunnels mega-cities and because, well, there’s 18 seats in there. Use them.
