A mod designed to create new challenges for experienced players, primarily in multi-player.
Primary Features:
-Funding rebels is more effective
-Unaccepted cultures are better left as territories (depending on ideas)
-Great Powers struggle to develop and maintain alliances
-Player elimination is borderline impossible
-More incentives to field a modern navy as any nation with a coast
-Ideas rebalanced to shake up the metagame
-Insults damage relations less
-Alliances require +75 mutual opinion
-Territory is all-around more taxing to annex
