Terminator T-800 Endoskeleton (WOTC)
THIS IS FOR THE WAR OF THE CHOSEN EXPANSION
This mod adds models for the Terminator T-800 endoskeleton as soldier armour, with an added custom head (requires the Community Highlander).
Support has been added for robojumper’s Add Part Names mod, which enables the torso, legs, and arm armour parts to be properly labelled with their name in their relevant sub-menus.
I highly recommend the use of RealityMachina’s Wear Armour on the Avenger (for WotC) mod. With the use of that mod your soldiers will wear whatever armour you have equipped them with inside the Avenger, rather than the underlay outfit they wear by default. You may also wish to use Mertius’s SWR Full Crew Avenger WotC mod to increase the numbers of soldiers wandering around between missions. Make sure to follow the instructions regarding reinitialising your settings to make it take effect.
Unfortunately there will not be a legacy/base game version of this mod. This is due to the inability to hide the default soldier teeth and eyeballs with an invisible head and no option for adding fully custom head models.
The custom head is available under Race 0.
Because the original model was never intended to use fluid human animations, there will be various clipping/intersections and bad deformation during some animations, especially any with extreme stretching of limbs. The original mesh had to be non-uniform scaled to get it to fit the X2 rig, so that probably doesn’t help matters.
The top and bottom teeth are all a single mesh, so there’s no way to easily create an animated jaw. Not that one is really required.
The mod makes use of the Highlander’s added functions for a given head to suppress selection of certain body parts. In this case, the T-800 head will disable selection of hair and beads. Fret not though, as I left face props unlocked (although some hats, etc. will clip). If you really need to give your Terminator a wig, you can edit the config file:

and comment out the appropriate lines in the [XComGame.CHHelpers] section at the bottom of the file.
