Adds a new race, the dojutsu weilders.

Sharingan (3 tomoe)
Byagukan
Rinnegan
Tenseigan
Didn’t add yet the mangekyou as there are ♥♥♥♥ ton of them ^^ .
Stats are just greenlanders, because, it’s not naruto world, it’s kenshi, so you still have to work your A#! off !
