For less battle randomness.

This reduces the possible outcomes of the dice rolls to 0, 1, or 2.

So not no RNG, but it only tilts a fight rather than allowing a half size stack to wipe you.

There are other mods that do the same with a higher number of possible rolls so check those out if this is too restricted for you.
