[Tentacled Terror Mini-Boss]
Adds a new mini-boss
There is a distinct lack of mini-bosses in Darkest Dungeon, only 3 if you have Crimson Court. This mod adds another mini-boss that is exclusive to the cove. This mini-boss has no special conditions to fulfill in order to fight it, making it slightly more common than the other mini-bosses.
The Terror is a ancient eldritch deity that can only be described as a tentacled atrocity. Its hard carapace provides solid protection, at the cost of raw damage. Be prepared for a long fight, as the Terror constantly summons enemies to aid in your demise.
The Terror always drops a trinket, but there are a limit to how many you can have. (4 common, 3 uncommon, 2 rare, 1 very rare)
Known Bugs: The dot shuffle applied will show up as lasting for 1 rd, but It lasts 2.
Notes: The Tentacled Terror will only spawn in hallways like the other 3 mini-bosses and can only spawn in the cove.
Not 100% sure on mod compatibility. Does not add any new files, so it should be compatible with almost everything. I wouldn’t try it with anything like PBD though.
