INFO:Gives your brand new, freshly formed Russia and it rulers proper titles and proud name. Its have to be cosmetic because if I change all gov stuff in culture, will have to do overhall(not going to happen).
СOMPATIBLE: everything that doesnt changes gov loc files.
UPDATES?: doesnt need any unless devs decide to overwhole whole game or Russian gov(not going to happen since they didnt even bother to add The great norhten war scenario,wich turned europe inside out, but who ♥♥♥♥ing cares).
Keep in mind that I made this for free, for folk use. I dont charge 20 euros for this small fix(ya its a more of a fix) like SOME people.Enjoy!
