All American Apocalypse, B41.68

If you’ve played and survived as long as I have in this game, you’ll come to realize that your food options later in the game become somewhat limited. A lot of foods such as cheese, fries, chicken and ice cream either become rare or after enough time, simply nonexistent. This mod aims to rectify that by giving you the ability to craft some perishable items long after the power goes out.

A brief overview of what this mod lets you do:

-Burgers! No more culinary abominations made from bird meat and cabbage and missing the most important ingredient! You can now craft processed cheese by using some new items. Make buns by baking them with dough and a bun pan. You can also now grind up meat into proper meat patties. Finally, you can slice up tomatoes, onions, pickles and lettuce to use as proper toppings.

-Fries! You can now slice and fry potatoes to make some tasty fries. You can also whip up some chili cheese fries with some cheese and chili.

-Hot Dogs! Create hot dog links and hot dog buns from scratch. Butchering animals produces animal intestines, which can be crafted into hot dog casings and then hot dog links. Hot dog buns can be crafted from dough and a bun pan. You can create both regular hot dogs and then chili cheese dogs using chili and shredded cheese.

-Pickles! You can now craft pickles with some simple ingredients, and find full jars of them in stores and kitchens.

-Dairy! Find milk powder to make some fresk milk after it’s all gone to crap. Use cream powder to make butter, with which you can fry stuff. Cheese powder lets you whip up some regular cheese too.

-Fried chicken! Wild chickens can now be caught in traps. Catch a chicken, butcher it and get chicken and chicken breasts. You can both bake and fry chicken, as well as cut up breasts to both bake and fry chicken tenders.

-Ice Cream! Now once more available to the surviviors of the zombie apocalypse. Mix up some ice cream and make milkshakes too! banana splits are also an option.

-Grilled Cheese! The famous grilled cheese can once more be crafted using common ingredients. You can also make a ham and cheese variant now as well using ham slices.

-Eggs and Toast! Make toast and put butter and jelly on it too. You can now fry or boil eggs as another breakfast goodie.

-Cookies! Bake cookies on a baking tray.

-Pudding and Gelatin! You can now prepare these desserts from boxes found in the world, or make your own from scratch!

-Waffles! Bake waffles with a waffle iron, when not bludgeoning zeds to death with it.

-Ice! It has a few uses, most notably for making ice cream.

-And More!

Thoughts for your consideration:
I recommend starting a new game when installing this mod for obvious reasons. While it’ll work fine in an existing game, many of the mod’s items won’t exist in a world that’s already generated, which might prevent you from using the mod to its fullest extent.
