[IN REMIXED] Adam + The Apple
This mod was merged into Community Remix Remixed with a whole bunch of additional stuff. This mod will probably no longer be supported as a result.
This mod recreates Adam from the Community Remix flash mod, along with his signature item, The Apple.
Adam’s very similar to Isaac but he starts with two hearts. The main gimick of Adam is that he also starts with The Apple.
The Apple is a reusable active item without any charge, a bit like Guppy’s Paw. It can be found in treasure, angel, and secret rooms. When used, it allows you to switch between two tear modes, Damage and Tear Rate.
The Apple also synergises with Car Battery, further exaggerating the stats the modes change.
When you pick up The Apple for the first time, you will be set to Tear Rate mode by default. The only way to revert to your original stats is to replace the item with something else. The stat changes aren’t permanent. You can’t leave The Apple behind and still be in a tear mode.
You can enable a special outline for The Apple, which indicates what mode it is in. Edit the config.lua file included in the mod.
This mod is compatible with True Co-op, you can even play as Adam as one of the other players.
