Glare
This mod adds a brand new character: Glare!
Glare comes equipped with a sword, which is impaling his head. Instead of firing tears he drops the sword into the ground. When the sword lands, it deals damage in a small area around it, and fires a burst of his tears in every direction.
Activating the sword while it’s grounded will cause it to fly back to you, dealing damage in it’s wake.
There is a cooldown equivalent to your fire delay before you can place the sword again. This is only really noticeable once you’ve picked up items that greatly decrease firerate. This limitation does not apply to calling back the sword, which can always be done immediately after placing the sword.
The damage of the sword while flying, and the tear burst scale off of your damage. The sword has also been updated to synergize a lot more than it used to.

I added a tainted glare, where your sword is cursed and will fly at you, as well as create projectile bursts by plunging into the ground. As tainted glare, you have the ability to shoot, and will have to complete the run dodging the sword at all times.
I did not have Tainted Jacob unlocked and did not know what he did when making this version of Tainted Glare, as a consequence, I unknowingly created a very similar tainted character! That’s not to say they they are exactly the same person, but the similarities are undeniable.

READ(REPENTANCE): Currently custom sounds do not work. This mod should work with rep now, and you can also play as Glare as a co-op player. Sounds just temporarily dont work on rep until they get fixed in a game patch. After they are patched by the developers, it should be working!
