No European Expansion in Central Africa
Tired of seeing Portugal or England owning half of Africa?
This mod seeks to prevent European AI expansion in Africa.
Declarations of war on African countries are disabled if these two conditions are met:
* attacker does not have capital in Africa
* defender (the African country) does not control any trade company provinces.
This is only for the AI; the player is still allowed to declare the wars he wants.
The AI will still be able to grab some non-trade company provinces in the initial wars, but should be blocked thereafter.
I have also noticed that the AI tends to redirect its target elsewhere, and expand in Asia; that might be the result of testing with my other mods (see below)
Note that the AI can still colonize provinces, so some inland expansion is still a possibility.
This will not with the Extended Timeline mod.
I will add other compatibilities as I discover them.

So if you see anything unusual in the screenshots, that might be the reason.
