Otto’s Dream – Universal Empire

This mod brings the idea of Universal Empire of Galia, Germania, Italia and Sclavenia (West Slavs) to EU4.
Mod does little. Here’s the list of changes:
* Holy Roman Empire is now HUGE! It contains territories of France, Italy, Germany and West Slavs. Also electors have changed a little bit for more fun.
* Renovatio Imperii makes you now true Roman Empire instead of Holy fake one.
* As Poland you have an option to elect the king from Piast dynasty (from Silesia or Mazovia) and inherit his origin country.
* Region of Poland is renamed to Sclavenia and heavily reshaped. There’s new area called Cherven Grods. West Prussia is renamed to Pomerelia and reduced by provinces east of Gdańsk/Danzig. East Prussia is now just Prussia.
* New West Slavic cultures: Kashubian, Polabian and Sorbian (it might be a little bit controversial, please do not argue in comments).
* Region of France is renamed to Galia and expanded by one province down south.
* Baltic German replaces Prussian culture in Livonia.
* Slovak culture is now in West Slavic group.
* Carpathia and Balkans region consequently must have been reshaped.
* Italy is now Italia (unbelievable!).
* North Germany is now called Lower Germania.
* South Germany is renamed to Upper Germania.
* There may be other changes, which sadly I have forgotten 🙁
There shouldn’t be any bugs – it’s quite simple mod.
