This modification change stages of life threshold on more similar to those from medieval age.

Overview (all these features are in game, I only tweaked values):
– changed stages of life, childchood to 0 – 9, adolescent 10-19, young 20-34, adult 35-59, old 60-89
– guardian and events for child from 3 years old
– education for adolescent from 11
– ruling and marriage is allowed from 14/12 boys/girls
– betrothal from 8, breaks allowed from 16
– attraction cutoff 85/55 for men/women
– portaits changes: adult 14/12 boys/girls, old: 60/40 men/women
