Description:

Complete Colonial Revamp
Special thanks to Daes for helping to keep mod updated

– not iron man compatible, not compatible with any mods that change/add provinces (example = extended timeline).
– This mod doesn’t work for nations with their capitals outside of europe.
– Custom nations have graphical issues due to this mod being over the tag limit, hopefully paradox can fix this.

– Holland has access to Netherlands Colonial nations, Savoy has access to Italian colonial nations, Prussia has access to German colonial nations and the commonwealth has access to Polish colonial nations.

What does this mod do?

– Adds colonial nations in africa, the middle east, india, china/east asia, the philippines, siberia and texas.

– Adds colonial cultures that will appear naturally throughout the game in the colonial region. For example a british
colonial nation in siberia will eventually switch to british siberian culture.

– Adds a host of unique "historic colonial nations" with unique flags (warning many are not historically accurate), which allows the player to distinguish the colonial nations easier. Adding more colonial nations made the flags hard to tell apart. Historic colonial nations are formed when a specific country forms a colonial nation in the new world.

– Adds formable nations for your colonial nations to form in the new colonial regions if they break free, for example
a large indian colony could form india given they have the right provinces and are independent.

– adds a few unique formables nations for colonial regions, for example the if you are the french eastern usa colony you can form etats unis instead of the USA.

– adds over 90 unique events related to colonizing, example being "the formation of mittelafrika" event for germany/prussia.

KNOWN ISSUES

– THIS MOD DOESN’T WORK FOR NATIONS OUTSIDE EUROPE. Unfortunately nations that have their capital in colonial regions can’t form colonial nations (thanks paradox).
– colonizers cannot colonize inland provinces in historic colonial nations, I am not sure if this can be fixed, this has been watered down by buffs to the colonizing abilities of colonies.
– Custom nations have graphical issues due to this mod being over the tag limit, hopefully paradox can fix this. If you intend to use custom nation you should use this version of the mod https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2173964085
